Track Card Requests
We understand that sometimes you may want picks for a specific track or race card not currently covered by Pace Pro X. We welcome your requests and will do our best to accommodate them.
To request a specific track card:
- Email your request to support@paceprox.com
- Provide as much detail as possible, including the track name and race date.
- Please submit your request at least 72 hours in advance to give us ample time to analyze and prepare picks for the requested card.
While we cannot guarantee every request will be fulfilled, we'll do our best to meet your needs based on availability and time constraints.
